简历

  2015至今,中科院华南植物园 副研究员,小良站副站长。

  2010-2015,中科院华南植物园 助理研究员。

  2009-2010,纽约州立大学-Binghamton分校,生态学,联合培养博士。

  2005-2010,中国科学院华南植物园,生态学,研究生, 博士。

  2001-2005,山东大学,生物科学,本科, 学士。

 

 

研究领域:

  主要从事热带森林土壤养分循环、温室气体排放以及微生物群落结构研究,主要业绩有:1)阐明热带亚热带森林中土壤微生物群落结构和土壤线虫食物网的养分限制状况,进一步研究了养分限制对森林粗死木分解和土壤温室气体N2O排放的影响及其可能的机制,其研究结果受到国内外同行的广泛关注,文章发表在国际土壤学排名前三的期刊,Soil Biol. Biochem, Plant Soil, Biology Fert of Soils, 英国生态学会主流期刊《Functional Ecology》以及多学科期刊Scientific Reports 2)通过对华南地区桉林管理措施的研究,提出林下灌草保存可以提高土壤氮素有效性,减少林地化肥施用量,其结果具有很大应用价值。发表第一作者和通讯作者SCI论文14篇,其中领域前10% SCI论文8篇;获广东省科技一等奖一项(排名14/15);获得省基金博士启动、国家自然科学基金青年基金、中科院领域前沿研究专项、战略先导科技专项子课题各1项;目前担任SCI 刊物《Ecology and Evolution》副主编。
