简历:

        刘占锋 19787月生,博士、青年研究员、硕士生导师、中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。2007 7 月于中国科学院生态环境研究中心获得生态学博士学位,同年到中国科学院华南植物园恢复生态学研究组工作。主要从事土壤微生物生态学研究,特别关注土壤微生物与地上植被的相互联系及其生态学指示作用。自工作以来主持国家自然基金青年基金项目1 项、国家973 计划子课题1 项、中国科学院知识创新工程项目4 项、广东省自然基金项目1 项和国际植物园保护联盟项目1 项,先后参与了国家自然基金项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、中国科学院知识创新工程项目等多项科研工作,已在EcologyFunctional EcologySoil Biology and BiochemistryAnnals of the New York Academy of ScienceApplied Soil Ecology 等杂志上发表论文26篇,其中SCI 论文22篇。

 

研究领域:

        主要从事土壤微生物生态学和恢复生态学方面的研究,关注生态系统地上群落和地下群落的生物学联系及其对生态系统功能的影响,特别是植物与土壤微生物的相互作用。绝大部分研究工作是基于野外观测,研究对象包括瑞典亚北极的苔原、中国的亚热带森林、果园和温带草原。目前承担的科研项目主要关注土壤微生物群落对全球变暖的响应与适应、植被演替/恢复过程中植物与土壤微生物的相互作用、管理措施对生态系统碳循环的影响以及林下植被的生态功能等。

        国际植物园保护联盟(BGCI)项目:“Restoration and sustainable management of degraded forest through the active involvement of local communities in Heshan County, Guangdong”。20121月-201412月。总经费18000英镑;

        中国科学院生命科学领域基础前沿研究专项(KSCX2-EW-J-28):“传统人工林经营管理措施对生物多样性的影响”。20111月-201312月。总经费30万元;

        国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)子课题(2011CB403204):“降水和氮沉降变化对南亚热带季风常绿阔叶林和温带针阔混交林土壤碳截获能力影响”。20111月-201512月。前两年总经费76.5万元。
